Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the booking of accommodation at ApartamentosGuadalest.com. A booking is accepted once the payment has been made and the confirmation has been sent.

1. Booking and payment

The booking amount is paid in advance. A booking is confirmed once the payment has been made and the guest has received the confirmation with the dates and the number of guests.

2. Minimum stay

The minimum stay depends on the property licence. Properties without a licence have a minimum stay of 11 nights. The specific conditions of each property prevail over these.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00, unless the property states otherwise.

4. Guest registration

All guests must be registered and must show their identity document. Failing to comply may lead to the accommodation being reported.

5. Cancellation

The cancellation conditions are set out in the booking confirmation. Where none are stated, the amount paid is not refunded.

6. Guest liability

The guest agrees to look after the accommodation, not to carry out activities that may damage it, and to be liable for any damage caused.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts and tribunals that correspond under the applicable regulations.
